When
the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Sandhills started looking for a designer for
their site in December of 2005, then Director of Development Mary Nethercutt went
right to the Director of the Sandhills Community College Internet Technologies
Program for a recommendation.
Mr. Jim Anderson immediately recommended local Internet Technologies Program graduate
Victor Fichman for the job. Victor, an independent Web Developer and "Internet
Marketing Guru " leaped at the opportunity to help out.
Noted for low, or no costs assistance to a number of charitable organizations
including among others: the Make-A-Wish
Foundation of Central & Western North Carolina, the Moore
Free Care Clinic, the Family
Promise of Moore County,
Pinetree Community Services and the Southern
Pines United Methodist Church, Victor turned out to be a perfect fit for
the
job.
The site features more than 25 new pages filled with information about everything
the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Sandhills has to offer. The site features among
it's many attractions: a password protected members only area; downloadable
volunteer
applications, dynamic content pages (using Macromedia's ColdFusion programming
language), and a listing of the Sandhills BG&C Executive Leadership.

golf product websites owned and operated by RBI LLC. He
is
founder
and
managing
partner
for FireTraining.net (an
online calendar for fire fighter training opportunities across the country) and
Publisher
of MoreOfMoore.com debuting mid-April
2008 and has started his own company FMS - Fichman Multi-media Services.
He specializes in "ground up" web site development and architecture, search engine
optimization, internet marketing consultant, and sometime coldFusion programmer.
